With a track record spanning over 30 years, Ms. Miller has earned a well-respected reputation for delivering exceptional results. Her limitless creativity and entrepreneurial drive have propelled her to develop effective growth strategies and revitalizing plans for complex organizations, yielding impressive financial and operational outcomes.
Currently serving as President & CEO of DYNEX Technologies, Ms. Miller takes a hands-on approach to overseeing the organization's strategic direction. She is deeply involved in managing the overall operations and resources of the organization, setting the precedent for DYNEX’s global working culture and environment.
With a career dedicated to serving science, Ms. Miller has made significant contributions throughout the medical research, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and clinical diagnostics sectors.
Prior to her role at DYNEX Technologies, Ms. Miller held pivotal positions as President and Chief Executive Officer at Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. (a Nestle Health Science Company) and Chief Commercial Officer at Avantik, where she drove unprecedented triple-digit growth. Her experience also includes leading the Precision Medicine and Diagnostic Businesses at Metabolon as Vice President & General Manager. Ms. Miller's global experiences extend to serving as the Executive Vice President of the Global Commercial Business for Dako in Copenhagen, Denmark, and holding various leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Campbell University and has served on the Board of Directors for Dako A/S in multiple countries. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors at DYNEX Technologies.

Peter Harker is a well-respected financial executive with over 15 years of experience leading finance and administration for software, technology, and services organizations. His expertise spans capital formation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, tactical implementation, Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, and banking relations.
Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at DYNEX Technologies, Mr. Harker leads treasury, financial reporting, FP&A, and tax compliance. He also oversees debt and capital financing as well as cost accounting and financial strategic planning. He is a trusted financial leader and advisor, dedicated to advancing his team’s financial aptitude.
With superior business acumen and strong analytical abilities, Mr. Harker has proven his worth when supporting organizational restructuring and process improvement. His vast knowledge of private equity-backed and growth stage companies has allowed him to serve as Chief Financial Officer for multiple companies, including Catalyst Health Group, Biosynthetic Technologies, and Accurate Background.
Mr. Harker holds both a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Karen Freeman is an established professional with over 25 years in human resources management. Throughout her career, she has excelled in overseeing talent recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and corporate benefits.
Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at DYNEX Technologies, Mrs. Freeman is responsible for creating and implementing the overall HR strategy for the organization. Her role includes global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee education and development, as well as compensation and benefits management.
Previously, Mrs. Freeman held leadership positions at Gate Gourmet, managing a team of over 700 employees, and Birmingham Green, a non-profit healthcare facility. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at U.S. Foodservice for 12 years and actively contributed to the Washington Metro Industry Liaison Group as a steering committee member.
Mrs. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and is a DDI Certified Master Trainer.

With over 25 years of experience, Jeff Fisher has excelled in leadership roles across diverse business functions in the life sciences industry. From product development to supply chain management, he has successfully navigated complex regulatory changes and certifications in the diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets. Additionally, Mr. Fisher brings extensive expertise in intellectual property development, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at DYNEX Technologies, Mr. Fisher is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's quality management systems and regulatory compliance affairs. He acts as an advocate and resource for quality programs and provides valuable interpretation of regulations and standards to inform sound business strategies.
Previously, Mr. Fisher held senior positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he oversaw operations and quality and regulatory affairs in the in vitro diagnostic assay manufacturing division. He was also a member of the corporate QARA Leadership Council and the Joint China FDA working group.
Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska and has played important roles in leadership organizations such as the American Society for Quality and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society. He has further contributed to quality and regulatory initiatives through participation in working groups with the FDA, CFDA, and EU.

Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation at DYNEX Technologies, Mr. Bahlmann leads the research and development team, responsible for ideating, designing, and delivering new products that meet the evolving needs of DYNEX's global customer base.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bahlmann has held various leadership positions at DYNEX Technologies, showcasing his continuous growth and notable achievements. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Marketing Services Manager at Corgenix Medical and later as a Senior Product Manager at Alere Diagnostics.

With a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams, he is dedicated to meeting customer demands while consistently achieving corporate operational and production goals.
Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at DYNEX Technologies, Mr. Needles oversees manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and warehouse operations. He ensures compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, cGMP, FDA, DEA, IVDR, and ISO 13485 through implementation of quality performance initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Needles has worked in various industries, including medical device manufacturing, automotive parts distribution, and food services. He has held senior positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he successfully managed operations.
Mr. Needles holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Indiana University. He is also certified in process improvement management and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
